Lucinda Jarrett , 12 Marlborough Avenue , London E8 4JP Lawrence Adams Co ordinator Dance collection danse 145 George Street Toronto M5A 2M6 FELIX 403 483-9308 Fax .: + 416 365 3169 9 January 1996 Dear Lawrence Adams Reference : Felix Cherniavsky Archives Many thanks for your letter dated December 1 1995.If there is any chance that your printed text were to be available in February then please let me know bacause it would be very helpful indeed If I could have sight of a draft copy sooner rather than later since my deadline is fast approaching and I am unable to leave London now until early March 1996. I am now trying to decide whether or not to make a second research trip to the United States and whether or not to visit the Dance Collection in Toronto . My decision hangs largely upon how soon you could send me an early draft . I am afraid that I am not clear whether the " quantity of reserach material " which Follx has donated to the collection is all contained on the computer format or whether there is much primary source material which remains uncomputerised . I would be grateful if you could let me know because it will have an Impact on my travel decisions . If there is a large quantityof material which I could not access through the draft printed format then I would come to Toronto in March , probably in the second and third weeks of March 1996. If there is little outside the publication , " Did she dance ? " then I would rethink my visit . My deadline is now approaching imminently and I feel that any time spent away from my desk must be justifiedi I should also mention that I am at this moment in time only interested in Maud Allan and her imitators .
