BOSWORTH - MOROSCO CON CERN GETS MAUD ALLAN FOR SCREEN Another capture of unusual im portance for the screen is an nounced by Bosworth , Inc. , in asso ciation with the Oliver Morosco Photoplay Co. , in the person of Maud Allan , the internationally famous dancer . Miss Allan , who shares with her bosom friend , Pavlowa , the leader ship in modern classical dancing , is an immense favorite in London , both because of her natural genius and also because of her popularity with the late King and the Present Queen Mother . Prior to her London appearance , Miss Allan scored a wonderful suc cess in other European cities . In Vienna , she became famous over night , in Brussels the verdict of Vienna was confirmed even more warmly and word of it spread like wildfire over the Continent . A tri umphant tour of cities of Germany , Switzerland and Austria - Hungary followed . At Belgrade , she gave four recitals and Budapest proved a hot bed of enthusiasm . When sho reached Paris , a little on its mettle at having been held oft till the last , the great capital quickly forgave her in the spontaneous Gallic manner and accepted her art with an .en thusiasm that knew no bounds . Her successes in Prague , Hamburg and Berlin were duplications of her re ception in the other large cities of Europe , and her engagement at the Palace Theatre , London , is now one of the traditions in the history of that noted theatre . Miss Allan has already reached the Morosco - Bosworth studios and is now at work on her initial motion picture subject , " The Rug Maker's Daughter , " a stirring romance of the American - Turkish rug trade , which will include three of her most beau tiful dances .
